Our work supporting systems & programs

We strive to ensure that early childhood systems and programs have sustainable, sufficient funding; are driven by stakeholder voices and data; and harness the collective power of all sectors that touch the lives of children and families. Within these systems and programs, power, privilege, and burden should be equally distributed.

Our work supporting caregivers

We strive to ensure that all adults who interact with children have the resources they need to be effective caregivers, including physical and psychological well-being, knowledge of children’s learning and development, economic security, and connections to other caregivers. All caregivers should be supported within the context of their culture and values and experience equitable access to resources that strengthen their capacity as caregivers.

Our work supporting children’s experiences & relationships

We strive to ensure all children experience interactions and environments that cultivate their unique promise and potential, relationships that nurture their mental health and well-being, and appropriate nutrition and physical activity. Children should experience these opportunities and positive outcomes regardless of ability, race, place, income, language, or culture.
